You found your way here for a reason.
Intimacy feels risky. Trust feels impossible — especially trusting yourself. You've tried to push through. You've tried to be "fine." But the patterns keep repeating — the people-pleasing, the avoidance, the emotional floods, the shutting down. Some days the anxiety is a roar; other days it's a fog of exhaustion that makes daily tasks feel impossible.
Your mind won't quiet down. You replay conversations, brace for criticism, and carry everyone else's weight while your own keeps getting heavier. You're not broken. You're carrying wounds that started long before you had a choice.
You don't have to go it alone anymore.
Healing starts at the root.
I work with individuals navigating:
- Trauma & PTSD
- Anxiety & Panic
- Depression & Fatigue
- OCD & Intrusive Thoughts
- Social Anxiety & Phobias
- ADHD
- Codependency
- Self-Esteem & Self-Trust
- Grief & Loss
- Chronic Illness
- Emotional Regulation
- Stress & Coping
- Communication & Boundaries
- Relationship & Intimacy Challenges
- Parenting & Family Conflict
- Pregnancy & Postpartum
Many of the struggles you face today — the anxiety, the relationship patterns, the way you talk to yourself — trace back to what you experienced as a child. Not because something is "wrong" with you, but because you learned to survive in the only ways you knew how.
Through inner child work, EMDR, and somatic therapy, I help you go back to those roots with compassion. Together, we give your wounded inner child what she needed but never received: safety, voice, validation, and unconditional regard.
This isn't about blaming the past. It's about freeing yourself from it.
Meet Beth Rossi, LCSW
I'm Beth Rossi — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist based in Prescott, Arizona. I specialize in helping women heal the childhood wounds that have been quietly running the show in their adult lives.
Before becoming a therapist, I was a public school teacher, a life coach, and a yoga instructor. Each chapter taught me something essential about how people learn, grow, and heal. In our work together, I draw on psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, somatic experiences, EMDR, IFS, and DBT — tailoring the approach to what you need most.
I believe the patterns keeping you stuck — the anxiety, the people-pleasing, the walls around your heart — made perfect sense once. They kept you safe when nothing else could. But you don't need them anymore. I'll help you build something new: a relationship with yourself grounded in safety, trust, and compassion.
While I connect especially well with women, I welcome anyone who feels called to this work.

What types of therapy do you offer?

What should I expect in my first session?
Your first step is a free 15-minute phone consultation. If we're a good fit, we'll schedule a full session where we'll talk about your history, what's bringing you to therapy, and what you'd like to work toward. There's no script — just an honest conversation in a safe space.
How long does therapy take?
It depends on your goals and what you're working through. Some clients find what they need in a few months; others choose to continue for longer-term growth. We'll check in regularly to make sure the work is serving you.
Do you only work with women?
I connect especially well with women, and the majority of my clients are women navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. But I welcome anyone who feels called to this work — including men who are ready to do the deep work of understanding themselves.
What is inner child therapy and Restoring?
Inner child therapy addresses the unresolved childhood wounds that continue to shape your adult life — the anxiety, the people-pleasing, the difficulty trusting. Restoring is the process of giving yourself the safety, validation, and care you needed as a child but may not have received. It's not about blaming the past. It's about freeing yourself from it.
